Personality:  The follower.  Libby is an intelligent girl, but she has trouble thinking for herself.  She's very concerned with popularity and needs a strong person to latch on to.  Libby is quite easily embarrased and easily disgusted.  

Physical:  Libby is very short with a fragile build.  She's not entirely unatheletic and is quite limber.  She has shoulder length blonde hair and blue eyes.  She has a childish voice and always speaks very quietly.  She nervously laughs when embarrassed.
