Personality:  The encourager.  Melissa is very enthusiastic and spontaneous.    She's a very nice person who wants everyone to be happy, and she feels bad if anyone isn't happy.  She is very friendly and almost always in a good mood.    She loves to talk about her family.   

Physical:  Melissa is tallish with a heavyset build build.  She's in decent shape, but cannot run very fast.  She has shorter blonde hair and blue eyes.  Melissa has a deep husky voice and always has a cheerful, excited tone.
